Shipping

Products that are in stock and whose orders are confirmed and validated before 1:29 p.m., Monday to Friday, will be prepared for dispatch from our central warehouse in Barcelona and may be delivered by courier service within 72 hours. Shipments are made to the following countries: Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden.

An order shall be deemed confirmed and validated once payment has been verified (in the case of payments made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or Bizum).

Returns

The customer shall have the right to cancel the order placed, in accordance with the applicable law, within seven days from receipt of the order, after notifying Productos de Peluquería.

Products must not have been opened in order for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

If the customer exercises this right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs and any damage sustained by the product or merchandise shall be borne by the customer.

The right of return shall not apply to products which, for hygiene reasons or other exceptions legally established, are not eligible for return.

Liss and Curly will not accept wear or deterioration of the product resulting from testing it to decide whether to keep it.

To make a return, the customer must take the following into account:

• Returns are not accepted for personal or intimate-use products for hygiene reasons due to their nature.
• Under no circumstances may the customer return goods with postage due to the address provided by www.lissandcurly.com
• The product to be returned must be in its original condition, unused and unhandled, and must reach us in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use. Return shipping costs to our warehouse are at the customer’s expense.

In all cases, the refund will be made to the bank account of the person who placed the order within a maximum of 10 days from the date the product is received at our warehouse.
